Head of Field Sales, NA

On is seeking an experienced commercial leader to own field account strategy and sales execution across North America. The Head of Field Accounts will lead a wholesale field team to drive distribution, revenue growth, retailer partnerships, and seasonal planning for footwear, apparel, and accessories.

Skills

  • Proven sales leadership and wholesale account management
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial planning skills
  • Data-driven decision making and comfort with sales analytics
  • Deep understanding of retail partnerships and brand activation
  • Category expertise in footwear, apparel, and accessories
  • P&L and budget ownership experience
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to travel frequently and manage a distributed field team

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Field Accounts wholesale team, fostering accountability and high performance
  • Define and execute regional and account-level distribution strategies and channel plans
  • Own revenue planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance tracking
  • Build and maintain long-term, premium retail partnerships and ensure consistent brand execution
  • Manage sales budgets, account-level profitability, and seasonal financial planning across categories
  • Translate market and retail insights into actionable plans to unlock new opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Controlling and other teams
  • Recruit, retain, and develop talent while cultivating a purpose-driven team culture
  • Travel up to 50% to support accounts, seasonal programs, and retail activations

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
