We’re looking for a strategic and service-oriented Director of Managed Services to elevate Olea’s service delivery operation. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role will lead the team responsible for warranty programs, customer support, and technical services — shaping how Olea supports its customers post-sale.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional post-sale support and care. Your leadership will help drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and new revenue through service offerings — directly influencing Olea’s reputation and growth.
