- Strong understanding of performance measurement and reporting
- Experience with portfolio reporting/accounting systems (e.g., Addepar, Advent APX, Black Diamond)
- Familiarity with GIPS and composite maintenance
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- High attention to detail and strong mathematical/analytical ability
Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity of performance data used for client investment reporting
- Investigate performance outliers and respond to performance inquiries from advisors
- Maintain and update GIPS composites and support performance audits
- Support portfolio reporting system projects and migrations while preserving data integrity
- Collaborate with operations and advisory teams on performance-related issues and reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
