We are looking for an innovative and creative Enablement Program Manager to coordinate and implement high-quality training experiences for NVIDIA’s internal sales team members and solutions architects, as well as for our global partners. Based out of NVIDIA’s Santa Clara, CA headquarters, this role will report directly to the Worldwide Enablement Programs Leader.
As part of this role, you will lead the development of comprehensive plans, define efficient processes, and drive a range of high-impact enablement events and programs designed for NVIDIA’s field and partner teams. This includes end-to-end program management and execution of key enablement programs, such as virtual and in-person pre-conference enablement bootcamps (8+ throughout the year) and the partner-facing AI Advisor Workshop (2-3 workshops per week), among other on-demand enablement campaigns. Note that the content development and speakers for these programs will be supported by the appropriate content management/product marketing teams and will not be led by this role. You will work in a matrixed team of collaborators to identify enablement program needs and implement impactful experiences that help NVIDIA’s teams and partners grow their business. Success in this role requires extraordinary skills in organizational and program management skills, proven ability to influence and manage key partners, as well as creativity and agility to contribute and pivot in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop Enablement Strategy & Supporting Execution Plans: Define the program priorities, strategy, timelines, and overall roadmap. Design and follow detailed execution plans for various enablement events and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Establish and Define Processes: Establish and document macro- and micro-processes for program execution, from initial planning through to post-event evaluation.
Lead End-to-End Enablement Logistics: Lead participant eligibility, invitations, registrations, confirmations/drop-offs/late additions, learning enrollments, completion tracking, access issues, and supporting communications.
Enablement Execution: Lead key learning programs, including pre-conference bootcamps, AI Advisor workshops, and on-demand learning campaigns. Define the overall content strategy and design for each program; developing (or working with content team to develop) any associated pre-work and post-work activities; employing available tools, platforms, and technology to deliver an optimum learning experience to participants.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all program requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
Budget Management: Develop, manage, and report on program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related inquiries and communications, providing timely updates and information to team members.
Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
What We Need To See:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in enablement planning and program management, with a consistent record of successful event execution
Strong background and skills in sales enablement, instructional design, partner management, change management, communications, and cross-functional program coordination
A history of success in planning and leading end-to-end complex, cross-functional projects/programs and delivering engaging learner experiences
Effective presentation skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
Diligent with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment while quickly learning and applying new concepts
Strong listening skills: someone who leads by inspiring, enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining strong relationships in a cross-functional environment

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 212,750 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
