As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee complex IT programs, translating strategic goals into actionable initiatives that drive organizational success. You will work closely with development leads, product owners, project managers, and Scrum Masters to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational oversight, requiring exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of IT programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment and is passionate about empowering teams while maintaining high standards of excellence and accountability.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives, success criteria, and resource requirements.
• Oversee Product Owners, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters, ensuring Scrum practices are properly implemented.
• Manage program risks, resolve roadblocks, and drive issues to resolution.
• Communicate program status, risks, and results to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial health, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.
• Promote team development, knowledge sharing, and adherence to best practices and organizational policies.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and project management methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
• Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of making strategic decisions under pressure.
