The College Board is seeking an Associate Director, Credential Application Manager to oversee the development and submission of state Industry Recognized Credential applications in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing project plans for IRC applications, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with state requirements, developing strategic communications, and serving as the point of contact for all IRC-related updates.
Skills: The ideal candidate should possess excellent project management skills, proficiency in technical writing, experience with content management systems, and strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a minimum of a B.A. or B.S. degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in K-12 education or related fields, along with familiarity with public-school procurement processes and effective communication skills.
Location: This is a fully remote position based in the United States, with the possibility of hybrid work for those near College Board offices, requiring occasional travel up to 10%.
Compensation: $70000 - $95000 / Annually

Location: This is a fully remote role. Candidates who live near CB offices have the option of being fully remote or hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday in office).

The Associate Director is accountable for managing project plans, cross-organization stakeholders, communications, and the on-time and accurate completion of applications that meet state Industry Recognized Credentials (IRC) application requirements and deadlines. This role is responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement of the organizational application development process, coordinating cross-functional working groups, and developing winning applications.
This role will primarily handle development and submission for all state IRC applications for approximately 30 states.
