- Experience in EWIS design, build, and integration
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira

- Ability to manage changes in scope, requirements, and schedules
- Problem identification, analysis, and resolution for technical and project challenges
- Familiarity with parts/materials coordination for harness manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close out EWIS projects including scope and deliverables definition
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
- Prepare project documentation, briefs, and status reports for stakeholders
- Manage and track compliance with EWIS requirements across the project lifecycle
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project and technical issues and conflicts
- Coordinate procurement and ordering of parts and materials for in-house wire harness builds
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
