- Partner with functional leaders and executives on hiring plans, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership on talent and recruiting matters
- Drive employer branding, candidate experience, and optimize recruiting operations
- Personally engage in high-level candidate searches and close top-tier talent
Education
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience preferred
