Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for early career programs including internships, rotational, and SkillBridge initiatives.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract high-potential students, graduates, and transitioning service members.
- Build and nurture relationships with universities and technical programs; represent JRM at recruitment events.
- Manage internship program logistics including onboarding, events, feedback, and return offers.
- Oversee SkillBridge program recruitment and reporting in collaboration with the Department of Defense.
- Partner with hiring managers for talent needs alignment and interview coordination.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding and long-term talent integration.
- Ensure best-in-class candidate experience through communication and engagement.
- Maintain ATS records and track recruiting metrics to optimize performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements for early talent recruiting.
- Stay updated on campus recruiting trends and best practices.
Education
