Emerging Talent Specialist

JRM is a leading General Contracting and Construction Management Firm with a strong focus on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. They are seeking an Emerging Talent Specialist to lead early career recruiting initiatives, including internships and SkillBridge programs, to attract and develop high-potential students, recent graduates, and transitioning service members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for early career programs including internships, rotational, and SkillBridge initiatives.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract high-potential students, graduates, and transitioning service members.
  • Build and nurture relationships with universities and technical programs; represent JRM at recruitment events.
  • Manage internship program logistics including onboarding, events, feedback, and return offers.
  • Oversee SkillBridge program recruitment and reporting in collaboration with the Department of Defense.
  • Partner with hiring managers for talent needs alignment and interview coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support onboarding and long-term talent integration.
  • Ensure best-in-class candidate experience through communication and engagement.
  • Maintain ATS records and track recruiting metrics to optimize performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for early talent recruiting.
  • Stay updated on campus recruiting trends and best practices.

Education

  • Preferred experience working with students or recent graduates.
