Noodle is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to assist with recruitment administration and support the enrollment team in reaching prospective students for online programs. This role involves managing documentation, CRM reporting, and communications, with a focus on operational priorities.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include reviewing student files, maintaining CRM reporting, processing transcripts, and facilitating communication with prospective students.
Skills: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, strong time management skills, and technical proficiency with learning management systems and CRM tools like Salesforce.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 1+ years in higher education or admissions and project management experience.
Location: This position is remote within the United States with no additional travel requirements.
Compensation: $50000 - $53000 / Annually

Playing an integral support role, the Enrollment Coordinator assists with recruitment administration and operational priorities. Specifically, the Enrollment Coordinator will support the Enrollment Advisors, Enrollment Management, Enrollment Operations, Learning & Development, as well as complete projects assigned by the Senior Director of Enrollment.
