We are seeking a Lead Instructional Designer with expertise in shaping innovative, accessible, and pedagogically sound digital learning experiences at scale. This role collaborates closely with content engineering leadership, authoring leads, and cross functional partners to guide instructional vision, develop exemplars, and train authors and vendors. The Lead Instructional Designer ensures effective use of McGraw Hill’s digital tools, supports scalable authoring practices, and helps advance high quality, research informed instructional design across products.
This position plays a key role in aligning instructional vision, digital tooling, and cross functional collaboration to ensure scalable, accessible, and high quality learning experiences across products, authors, and platforms.

The pay range for this position is between $80,000 - $122,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
