Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include overseeing school culture and goals, managing a leadership team, coaching instructional leaders, and fostering equity and inclusion within the school community.
Skills: Strong commitment to KIPP's mission, expertise in leading anti-racist practices, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of principal experience, alongside ten years in education and a passion for student growth and diversity.

KIPP Capital Region offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 - $132,000.
Salaries are determined using an equitable compensation scale that accounts for years of experience relevant to the role and longevity within the KIPP network. KIPP Capital Region will evaluate and determine the step/level a new hire will be placed within our teacher salary scale at point of hire.
