Strategic Account Executive

NiCE (NICE Ltd.) is a global leader in AI-driven CX, cloud and digital solutions serving enterprise and contact center customers. The Strategic Account Executive will be a hunter-focused enterprise seller responsible for growing revenue across commercial, government and contact center accounts by building and maintaining executive relationships and closing complex, multi-product deals.

Skills

  • Enterprise software sales (portfolio sales) experience
  • Proven quota attainment in hunter roles
  • Knowledge of AI technology and applications
  • Strong executive-level presentation and negotiation skills
  • Client relationship and escalation management
  • Collaborative selling across internal product, professional services and partner teams

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales quota and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development and closing
  • Align NiCE CXone Mpower solutions to customer needs and ensure viable implementation
  • Develop and expand strategic relationships, including C-level engagement, to identify and capture new opportunities
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to secure commitments and manage contract/purchasing processes
  • Analyze customer business challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions to grow market share

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus but not required
