About Nabi

Nabi is building a new behavioral healthcare system to serve 100M patients with exceptional care in the next 10 years. We’re starting out with building the first digital health platform for eating disorders with an agentic care model, where we empower clinicians with agents to deliver continuous care. We’ve already served tens of thousands of members and have raised over $10M from some of the top-tier VC firms.

Why we need you

This is the first operations role at the company. As part of this founding role, you will be tasked with setting the highest standards of operational excellence across the organization. You will own and scale core functions across revenue, community, CX, and internal ops. You’ll work directly with the CEO, the Chief Clinical Officer, and clinical team to design and run the operational backbone of the company. This is a critical role for a strong generalist who thrives in ambiguity, builds fast, and cares deeply about healthcare done right.

What You’ll Do

  • Community Strategy: Manage our members community and direct community strategy

  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Oversee claims, eligibility checks, denials, and payments

  • Customer Experience (CX): Build and refine support systems that are responsive, empathetic, and efficient

  • Operational strategy: Streamline internal processes, manage tooling, and solve daily operational challenges

  • Support People Ops: Work closely with our Chief Clinical Officer on onboarding, licensing, scheduling, and HR logistics

  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco — this is an in-person role

  • Crisp communicator—you can distill complexity and influence decisions across various stakeholders

Strong candidates may also have

  • Have experience in AI, healthcare, or regulated industries

  • Technical or highly proficient with technical tools (SQL, Python, Retool, Zapier)

What We Offer

  • Compensation: $90K - $135K year with bonuses
