Position Summary
The Payroll Analyst position has primary responsibility for accurate and timely payroll processing in Workday in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Preferred candidate will have experience processing payroll in Workday and knowledge of timekeeping in UKG. In addition, this position assists in account reconciliation, resolution of employee discrepancies, tax reporting, garnishments, and balancing payroll runs. Work situations are varied and require analytical skills, problem solving using critical thinking skills, organization, prioritization, integrated system knowledge, process flows, attention to detail, and good judgment.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with an automated payroll system
- Experience with one or more of the following systems preferred: Workday, Kronos/UKG, and Service Now
- Healthcare or Hospital experience preferred
- Experience with processing payroll for multiple union contracts

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $73,632.00 - $101,670.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
