- Proven experience building and scaling strategic partnerships with GSIs across global markets.
- Deep knowledge of data storage, hybrid cloud, or infrastructure technologies and enterprise buying cycles.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Experience creating/executing global business plans and driving revenue accountability.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication, organization, and coordination across time zones.
- Familiarity with partner programs, deal registration, alliance KPIs, and partner enablement.
Responsibilities
- Own and expand strategic relationships with top-tier GSIs to drive joint revenue, pipeline, and integrated solutions.
- Develop and execute joint business plans, go-to-market initiatives, solution development roadmaps, and field enablement programs.
- Drive partner-influenced and partner-led revenue globally and collaborate on global account planning.
- Establish and manage quarterly business reviews, pipeline reporting, and forecast accountability with GSIs and regional teams.
- Work with GSIs to create repeatable, scalable solutions/services built on MinIO technology and enable partner technical/sales teams.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within GSI organizations and across MinIO leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (product, marketing, sales, legal, customer success) to meet partner goals and advocate partner needs.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (required).
- MBA or equivalent experience (preferred).
