The Talent Acquisition Coordinators provide operational, systems, and customer-focused support across all stages of the hiring process, from high-volume seasonal recruitment to benefits-eligible roles. Collaborate in a portfolio-based model across the Talent Acquisition team to deliver a seamless hiring experience, support the applicant tracking and onboarding systems, and deliver timely and accurate hiring data. Provide direct customer service and operational support to ensure prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers.
This is a full time, benefits-eligible hourly position with a hiring range of $21.27 - $26.60 per hour.
