We're Building the Conversion Machine

The Growth Center generates thousands of qualified leads for B2B SaaS companies every month through cold email and LinkedIn campaigns. We're expanding our appointment setting team to handle explosive client growth and need conversion specialists who can turn warm prospects into booked meetings that actually show up.

This isn't about making 200 cold calls a day. It's about striking while prospects are hot and converting their interest into calendar slots.

If you can consistently convert 40% of warm leads into booked appointments, we need to talk.

The Role: Lead Conversion Specialist

You'll own the critical handoff between marketing and sales. When prospects respond to our campaigns showing interest, you're the one who builds quick rapport and gets them on our clients' calendars. Speed and persistence win deals here.

What You'll Dominate

Master the Speed Game

  • Respond to incoming emails and LinkedIn messages within 5 minutes
  • Jump on warm prospects before they cool off or competitors swoop in
  • Manage multiple client inboxes simultaneously without dropping opportunities
  • Track every interaction in CRM so nothing gets lost

Convert Interest Into Meetings

  • Follow up with warm leads through email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Know exactly when to push for the meeting and when to nurture
  • Handle objections about timing, need, and priority like a pro
  • Book appointments that actually show up (85%+ show rate required)

Own Your Numbers

  • Manage appointment pipelines for multiple B2B SaaS clients
