Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer for engineering, product, design, GTM, and G&A roles
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, design interview processes, and align on candidate profiles
- Source and engage passive talent with creative outreach to deliver ≥50% self-sourced pipeline on priority roles
- Manage candidate experience: screening, interviewing coordination, and timely communication
- Standardize and improve recruiting processes (kickoffs, debriefs, feedback loops, scorecards)
- Embed DEI practices into sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Maintain recruiting metrics and contribute to talent strategy, playbooks, and employer storytelling
Education
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred but not required
- Relevant recruiting or HR certification is a plus
