tl;dr: We’re looking for an early-career, high-trajectory operator to own office flow, executive support, team vibe, and light marketing event logistics. You’ll keep the trains running, the calendar tight, the snacks stocked, and the team energized.

What you’ll do

  • Executive support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, prep agendas, capture/action follow-ups.

  • Office ops: Own supplies/snacks/catering, greet guests, oversee vendors, keep spaces tidy and functional.

  • Mood management: Plan small moments (birthdays, wins), curate playlists/rituals, pulse team sentiment, escalate issues early.

  • Offsites & events: Coordinate internal offsites and external marketing events—venues, catering, RSVPs, A/V, swag, run-of-show.

  • Catering & snacks: Maintain a smart, healthy, budget-aware setup; track preferences and dietary needs.

  • Scheduling & logistics: Build tight timelines and checklists; ensure nothing slips.

You are

  • Early-career with 1–3 years in operations, admin, hospitality, or events (startup experience a plus).

  • A systems thinker with high ownership, speed, and polish—high bar for details and follow-through.

  • People-first with a hospitality mindset; you elevate energy and keep calm under pressure.

  • Pro with Google Workspace; bonus for Notion/Asana/Slack. Comfortable with light vendor negotiation.

  • Able to be in the office and support occasional early/late event times.

Success looks like

  • Exec calendars run friction-free; meetings start on time with clear prep and outcomes.

  • The office feels intentional, stocked, and welcoming—team NPS for workspace and vibe trends up.

  • Offsites/events hit budget, attendance, and satisfaction goals with crisp post-mortems.
