Director / VP Sales

Linqia is a leader in the creator marketing industry, partnering with top global brands to deliver innovative influencer campaigns through an AI-driven platform. They seek a Director / VP Sales with extensive experience in digital sales and influencer marketing to drive consultative sales within Fortune 1000 clients, particularly in CPG, QSR, finance, or pharma sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with Fortune 1000 brands and agency partners to educate on creator marketing benefits
  • Apply consultative sales techniques focusing on client objectives and closing deals with urgency
  • Present creator-generated content solutions passionately emphasizing targeted, data-driven value
  • Leverage analytics and insights to penetrate and close large-scale client deals
  • Develop strategic, multi-year client relationships with large annual commitments exceeding $1M
  • Manage sales pipeline and drive opportunities to close within quarters
  • Build and mentor a sales team, preparing for expanded leadership roles
  • Refine partner approaches and act as a lead storyteller on platform best practices
  • Operate independently with accountability and creativity in a fast-paced environment
  • Carry and be accountable for a sales quota with rewards for surpassing targets
  • Travel as required

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA is a plus
