Sales Leadership & Execution
Drive sales and profitability for CLS Industrial products.
Partner with agents and internal teams to deliver compelling proposals.
Build strong customer relationships to grow pipeline and boost win rates.
Training & Development
Train teams and partners on CLS Industrial products and applications.
Help create training content and sales tools.
Market Development
Gather customer insights to inform product development.
Identify and grow new market segments and channels.
Support marketing programs and commercial strategies.
Strategic Growth Planning
Develop agent budgets and strategies to exceed growth goals.
Align with RVPs and Marketing to optimize sales coverage.
Program & Project Management
Support forecasting and manage projects to meet business objectives.
More about you

10+ years of commercial sales across a multi-state territory preferably in the lighting, controls, or similar industries
Experience managing a Sales Team Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred
Proven track record of success
Ability to travel 50%-60%
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Salary: $159,000- $233,000 Base
Bonus: Target 35% Sales Incentive bonus
