Head of Sales

Sift Healthcare is a data science company transforming healthcare payments by enabling organizations to leverage payments data, ML integrations, and advanced analytics to optimize outcomes and accelerate cash flow. We're seeking a high-performing Head of Sales to own the full sales funnel, build the initial go-to-market playbook, close enterprise deals with health systems and partners, and lay the foundation for a scalable sales team.

Skills

  • Enterprise healthcare sales to provider organizations
  • Selling to C-suite (CFOs) and revenue cycle leaders
  • Experience with hospital RCM, denials, claims, and reimbursement workflows
  • Proven ability to close 6- and 7-figure deals
  • Hands-on outbound motion and pipeline generation
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot) and sales reporting
  • Ability to translate technical AI value props into business outcomes
  • Executive presence, persuasive communication, and commercial instincts

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close early-adopter enterprise clients
  • Own the entire sales funnel from lead generation to signed contract
  • Use consultative sales to align Sift’s value proposition to customer goals
  • Translate complex AI and payments analytics into clear business outcomes
  • Close deals with hospital CFOs, revenue cycle executives, and strategic partners
  • Define initial commercial playbook: pricing, ICPs, messaging, outbound cadences
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to align positioning and outbound motion
  • Stand up sales infrastructure (CRM, pipeline reporting, AI enablement tools)
  • Set sales metrics, goals, and consistent review rhythms
  • Represent Sift at industry events and develop channel/partner relationships
  • Hire and mentor early SDR/AE talent as revenue milestones are met

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related)
  • Relevant sales certifications or executive education a plus
