This is an exciting job opportunity for you as an Application Engineer to join our LED Lamps & Luminaires Application Engineering team onsite in Burlington, MA.
Provide technical and application support to R&D, customers, and commercial and project teams by conducting application and qualification tests and providing application insights and evaluations.
Support marketing, sales, and key account teams by providing R&D and market insights, conducting benchmark studies, doing competitor analysis, and gathering customer feedback.
Conduct front-end application studies identifying new opportunities for LED Lamps & Luminaires.
Support customer service via in-depth analysis of field returns and organize technical trainings to internal and external customers.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related
Good technical understanding of lighting technology and lighting products
5+ years of working experience in product development, lighting application and/or technical field support; experience in LED lighting product development is highly preferred

Salary: $106,700 - 156,530 based on experience
Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%
