- Proficiency with CRMs like Salesforce and quoting tools, intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

- Ability to collaborate and maintain solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor on deal construction and negotiation for Enterprise and Strategic Sales teams.
- Manage a book of business alongside Sales VPs to support high-value deal negotiations.
- Review, approve, reject, or escalate deals ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Draft and track Order Forms through execution ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate on contract redlines to close deals timely and enforce data integrity across opportunities.
- Gather required information to ensure smooth booking of deals and upload fully executed contracts.
- Validate quarter-end cutoff procedures and support CPQ tool configuration and training.
- Train new Account Executives on opportunity creation and closeout processes.
- Coordinate information flow across multiple departments to facilitate seamless deal execution.
- Contribute to development and implementation of deal desk policies and foster cross-functional relationships.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or related field preferred.
