- Manage and mentor senior engineering leaders cultivating inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Own hiring strategy focusing on talent acquisition and diversity, including experimentation with AI tooling.
- Model leadership based on transparency, ownership, curiosity, and bias for action.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.
