We are hiring a Head of Growth to own end-to-end demand generation and pipeline acceleration for our B2B SaaS business. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and optimization across paid media, SEO, ABM, the website, and conversion funnels—turning insights into predictable growth.
This role combines strategic foresight with hands-on execution. You’ll manage agencies, build campaigns yourself when needed, and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations. You’ll serve as the right hand to the VP, capable of keeping growth running independently.
Own digital growth strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and conversion optimization.
Lead and monitor paid media: Manage ~$120K/month in ad spend (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta). Build campaigns when needed, monitor pacing and budgets, and test daily.
Run ABM programs: Execute account-based campaigns (Terminus or Demandbase) and complement them with high-touch tactics such as webinars, bootcamps, and client events.
Drive SEO and GEO strategy: Partner with vendors to select focus industries, manage long-form content calendars, oversee quarterly tech audits, and apply LLM search best practices.
Own HubSpot Marketing Ops:
-Manage workflows, scoring, routing, and automations end-to-end.
-Partner with Sales Ops weekly on reporting, lead handoff, and RevOps alignment.
-Maintain 100-point MQL scoring model and vertical nurture campaigns.
Analyze and report: Build and interpret dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console. Track conversion from lead → MQL → SQL.
Oversee agencies: Lead TripleDot (SEO, paid, HubSpot automations) and Thunderclap (Webflow site). Set priorities, review deliverables, and hold teams accountable to results.
Improve CRO: Use Lucky Orange heatmaps to identify UX issues and lead Webflow page updates (CTAs, layout, forms, pricing pages).
Manage brand presence: Oversee review platforms (G2, Capterra, Software Advice, GetApp) and reputation campaigns.
Ensure compliance: Manage cookie consent and tracking frameworks.
Document processes: Maintain campaign playbooks, vendor SOPs, and reporting templates for consistency.
5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or digital marketing with proven pipeline impact.
Strong hands-on execution skills—able to build, launch, and optimize ads directly.
Experience managing six-figure ad budgets and achieving measurable ROI.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, including workflows, lead scoring, and automations.
Deep expertise with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4/Looker Studio/Search Console.
Proficiency with SEMRush, Webflow, and Lucky Orange (or Hotjar).
Knowledge of Terminus/Demandbase for ABM and G2/Capterra for review campaigns.
Analytical mindset; skilled at identifying underperformance and acting fast.
Strong communication and project management across distributed teams.
Self-starter mentality—comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment.
Experience scaling a SaaS company from Series A to C.
Exposure to Clay or other data enrichment automation tools.
Working knowledge of cookies, tracking compliance, and conversion API setup
Maintain or exceed 600 MQLs per quarter and 60 SQLs per quarter.
Increase conversion rate and pipeline value from core verticals (Accounting, Legal, Staffing, AEC).
Produce a quarterly growth roadmap and live testing plan with measurable results.
Reliable home office with 500 Mbps+ internet (speed test required).
Compensation target: $5,000 USD/month
