Responsibilities
- Act as lead deal strategist collaborating with Sales, Client Success and Consultant Relations to craft tailored solutions and growth/retention plans
- Serve as resident expert on product offerings, savings projections, network footprint, quality methodology, integrations and member experience
- Support sales, renewal and upsell processes with discovery, presentations, demos and RFP/BaFO responses
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Product, Analytics, Implementation, Operations, Legal, Finance and Clinical teams to solve complex client requirements
- Develop field-tested standard responses and best practices from custom RFP questions and follow-ups
- Share field learnings with cross-functional leadership to influence product packaging and go-to-market processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHS) preferred but not required
