Position Overview
Drive adoption and expansion of Knowtex across our enterprise healthcare customers. You'll own the post-sale relationship, ensuring customers achieve their clinical documentation goals while identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage portfolio of enterprise accounts including VA medical centers and large health systems
Drive user adoption from pilot to full deployment (150 to 7,500+ users)
Develop success metrics aligned with customer goals (documentation time savings, coding accuracy)
Conduct quarterly business reviews demonstrating ROI and clinical outcomes
Identify expansion opportunities into new specialties and departments
Coordinate with implementation teams during rollouts and integrations
Build relationships with clinical champions and IT leadership
Support contract renewals and template-based pricing negotiations
Create playbooks for specialty-specific adoption strategies
Track and improve key metrics: user activation, daily active usage, specialty penetration
Required Qualifications
4+ years in customer success or account management in healthcare technology
Experience managing enterprise accounts with 500+ users
Proven track record of driving product adoption and expansion
Strong analytical skills for measuring and presenting customer outcomes
Excellent stakeholder management across clinical and technical teams
Understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with clinical documentation or revenue cycle management solutions
Familiarity with value-based care and quality reporting (MIPS measures)
Knowledge of medical coding and billing processes
Experience with federal healthcare customers
