We are seeking a Business Development Representative to support our sales team by qualifying leads and helping to convert them into opportunities. This hybrid role focuses on engaging with prospects, collaborating with marketing, and utilizing Salesforce for lead management.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential customers, developing a prospecting plan, engaging with inbound leads, and maintaining accurate lead management records in Salesforce.
Skills: The successful candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, familiarity with IT security concepts, and proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred, along with proven leadership capabilities and strong computer skills.
Location: This position is based in Clearwater, Florida, and is open to candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $45,000 - $70,000.

The Business Development Representative will act as pre-sales support and is responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. This position must research potential customers, connect with and educate prospects on our product offerings and qualify the leads before passing them to the sales sales team. The primary focus will be to turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on program and inbound lead generation campaigns.
