From building relationships with fans to creating unforgettable group experiences, you'll play a big part in bringing the excitement of live events to our community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sell group ticket packages using a variety of approaches - think cold calls, arena tours, networking events, and good old-fashioned relationship building.
  • Dream up and execute creative group promotions and themed nights to attract niche audiences and community groups.
  • Offer a full menu of ticketing products including season memberships, courtside seats, premium club packages, suite rentals, and mini-plans.
  • Use cutting-edge Sales 3.0 tools to connect with clients in smarter, more personal ways.
  • Make daily calls, schedule appointments, run virtual and in-person presentations, and (most importantly) close deals.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients by staying engaged, through events, seat visits, check-ins, and more.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to keep clients happy and coming back.
  • Keep your sales pipeline fresh and your Director in the loop with regular updates and insights.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven success in sales, ideal if it’s in sports or with a Fortune 500 brand.
  • A self-starter with a winning attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Archtics, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
  • A multitasking master who can prioritize and perform under pressure.
  • Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $38,000 - $42,000
  • Commission: Unlimited earning potential
  • Bonus: Eligible for competitive team bonus pool

Total Anticipated First-Year Earnings: $38,000–$70,000+, including base salary, commission, and bonus.
