WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations, you will be responsible for improving Sales productivity and driving quota attainment by simplifying core sales processes and removing operational friction. This high-impact role is focused on translating go-to-market strategy into daily execution, ensuring consistency, accountability, and alignment across Sales Leadership.
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team that manages critical workflows such as account reviews, performance book reviews, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tool usage. Your goal is to ensure the Account Management is executing efficiently, and that sales leaders are supported with the right processes to drive performance at scale.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles in a fast-paced SaaS or tech-driven environment
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale process improvements
• Strong understanding of GTM workflows and sales process best practices
• Comfortable using reporting and analytics to guide operational change (no coding/BI tools required)
• Excellent communicator, capable of driving alignment with sales leaders and holding them accountable to process adoption
• Strong background in sales analytics, pipeline forecasting, performance reporting, and operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a history of influencing C-level executives using data.
