WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations, you will be responsible for improving Sales productivity and driving quota attainment by simplifying core sales processes and removing operational friction. This high-impact role is focused on translating go-to-market strategy into daily execution, ensuring consistency, accountability, and alignment across Sales Leadership.
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team that manages critical workflows such as account reviews, performance book reviews, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tool usage. Your goal is to ensure the Account Management is executing efficiently, and that sales leaders are supported with the right processes to drive performance at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Drive Quota Attainment through Process Optimization

  • Identify rep inefficiencies and barriers to sale; implement scalable processes that improve productivity and win rates
  • Partner with GTM leadership to align on operational priorities and ensure execution against strategic goals


Own & Evolve Key Sales Processes

  • Oversee the design, deployment, and improvement of critical workflows including:
    • Account Review Cadences
    • Performance Book Reviews
    • Forecasting & Pipeline Management
    • Sales Tool Utilization and Best Practices
    • Ensure processes are adopted consistently across sales teams and are driving measurable impact
    • Lead a High-Impact Operations Team

Partnership and Strategy

  • Provide direction, mentorship, and accountability to ensure successful rollout and tracking of all initiatives
  • Be the Bridge Between Strategy and Execution
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and GTM Strategy to turn strategic initiatives into executable plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor and operational partner, ensuring sales leaders are accountable to process adoption and tool usage
  • Utilize Reporting/Analytics to Drive Decisions
  • Collaborate with internal analytics and reporting teams to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Use performance insights to prioritize operational changes that enhance rep efficiency and revenue growth

 

Manage a team consisting of:

  • Analyst – Process Design & Workflows
  • Project Manager – Initiative Execution
  • Compliance Manager – Process Adherence
  • Manager – Sales Performance Analytics

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
•    8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles in a fast-paced SaaS or tech-driven environment
•    Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale process improvements
•    Strong understanding of GTM workflows and sales process best practices
•    Comfortable using reporting and analytics to guide operational change (no coding/BI tools required)
•    Excellent communicator, capable of driving alignment with sales leaders and holding them accountable to process adoption
•    Strong background in sales analytics, pipeline forecasting, performance reporting, and operational KPIs.
•    Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a history of influencing C-level executives using data.
