VP, Growth Marketing

As the VP of Growth Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of integrated demand generation, event marketing, and multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue and brand growth. You will own the strategy for global marketing initiatives, combining data-driven insights, AI-powered personalization, and high-impact events to maximize pipeline performance and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision who can manage cross-functional teams, influence senior leadership, and optimize marketing programs end-to-end. You will have the opportunity to shape scalable growth processes, foster innovation, and elevate marketing operations across all business units while directly impacting the company’s expansion and market presence.


Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the global growth marketing strategy, integrating demand generation, events, digital campaigns, and ABM programs.
  • Lead pipeline management and orchestration across all business units, ensuring alignment with quarterly revenue goals and executive reporting.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including digital, field, partner, and event-based initiatives, driving measurable ROI.
  • Oversee global events strategy, from tradeshows and executive roundtables to webinars and partner events, aligning content and audience strategy to business priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to align messaging, segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Build scalable marketing workflows leveraging AI, predictive analytics, and data enrichment to improve personalization and performance.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize spend across campaigns and events.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketers and agency partners, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Promote inclusive and ethical marketing practices, ensuring equitable audience targeting and diverse representation in all programs.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, event marketing, or integrated campaign leadership, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong expertise in ABM strategy, field marketing, and event-driven demand acceleration.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives at scale.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Experience leveraging AI, predictive analytics, or data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certification in digital marketing or data analytics preferred.
