Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead business development and sales initiatives within an assigned territory. This role offers the opportunity to expand market share, build strong relationships with partners and customers, and drive revenue growth for innovative security and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic sales acumen to influence purchasing decisions, educate partners on product offerings, and identify new business opportunities. This position requires frequent travel to engage with clients, dealers, and alarm receiving centers, and offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to a rapidly growing, innovative organization in the security technology space.


Accountabilities:
  • Drive sales growth by expanding market presence and developing relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, coordinating meetings with potential partners and stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on features, benefits, and applications.
  • Foster strong relationships with dealers and alarm receiving centers, ensuring effective communication and support.
  • Advocate for product inclusion in system specifications and influence purchasing decisions across vertical markets.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to meet evolving market needs and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing events and exhibitions to showcase solutions and enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide market feedback to management to inform product development, strategy, and future offerings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience with intrusion, CCTV, access control, or other security-related products.
  • Strong business sense with an established industry network.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards, channels, and market sectors.
  • Technical competence with security and automation products.
  • Excellent sales and technical presentation skills.
  • Data-driven sales approach, proficient with CRM and analytics tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (70–80% of the time).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
