SVP Partnerships (Remote - US)

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and drive enterprise partnerships that fuel significant growth. You will define strategic initiatives, develop scalable frameworks, and strengthen relationships with top-tier brands and agencies. Working across product, marketing, and operations, you will lead complex negotiations, influence company direction, and represent the organization at high-level industry forums. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, providing the chance to directly impact revenue, market positioning, and the overall trajectory in the creator economy. Remote candidates across North America are welcome.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and own enterprise partnership and sales strategy, aligning with company-wide growth objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities across enterprise brands and agency ecosystems.
  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline, driving substantial new revenue and scalable client relationships.
  • Lead complex enterprise negotiations, structuring deals that deliver measurable impact for clients and the business.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure solutions meet evolving enterprise needs.
  • Establish scalable sales processes that optimize velocity and strengthen partner satisfaction.
  • Act as a senior cross-functional leader, building trusted relationships with decision-makers and representing the company externally.
  • Shape and grow the Partnerships team, mentoring members and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct competitive and market analyses to refine strategy and stay ahead of emerging trends.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within SaaS, martech, or creator economy businesses.
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Deep expertise in the creator economy, social media, and influencer marketing, with strong industry relationships.
  • Track record of scaling partnership or enterprise sales teams and building repeatable processes.
  • Exceptional executive relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, customer-centricity, curiosity, collaboration, accountability, and emotional intelligence.
  • Competitive base salary ($175,000–$225,000, commensurate with experience) plus uncapped commission structure.
