This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Qualified. We are currently looking for a Solutions Engineer in US/Canada.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Solutions Engineer to support growth by delivering powerful, tailored product demonstrations and helping prospective customers realize value through technical discovery and innovative solutions. Working at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success, this role is instrumental in driving business impact and market expansion. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your strategic thinking and technical expertise will shape how customers engage with a high-performance AI pipeline generation platform.

Accountabilities:

  • Deliver high-impact, custom product demos, discovery sessions, and technical workshops to prospective clients (approx. 15 per week).
  • Lead technical discovery and qualification processes, aligning solutions with business challenges and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to define technical deal strategies and articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Respond to technical assessments, including security questionnaires and stakeholder Q&A.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, and data enrichment.
  • Create scalable demo solutions and contribute to the technical content strategy through blog posts and ecosystem monitoring.
  • Translate user feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving technologies to ensure a high level of technical credibility and client trust.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or equivalent technical customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation systems, and data enrichment tools.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Track record of solution selling and crafting winning strategies tailored to complex client requirements.
  • Agile and analytical thinker with the ability to perform under high-stakes and uncertain conditions.
  • Bonus: Programming experience (frontend or backend); familiarity with Apex is a plus.
  • Estimated OTE: $170K – $200K with a 70/30 split, plus equity and commission.
  • Fully remote work from anywhere in the US or Canada.
