Product Resident - Cardiac AI GTM

This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team working at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and advanced sensing to transform cardiac diagnostics. In this high-impact role, you will help shape the future of medical imaging by analyzing clinical pathways, defining go-to-market strategies, and contributing to product development. You’ll work directly with cross-disciplinary experts, conduct real-world clinical research, and support the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies that aim to redefine the standard of care in acute cardiac health.

Accountabilities:

• Research and define patient care pathways and clinical rationale for the use of advanced medical imaging in hospital settings
• Develop quantitative models to evaluate AI classifier designs and their impact on clinical workflows
• Contribute to the refinement of clinical evidence strategies and product features using data-driven insights
• Conduct interviews and site visits to validate clinical workflows and pain points in real-world hospital environments
• Support development of go-to-market strategies and launch plans for AI-enabled medical technologies
• Collaborate closely with product, medical, and commercial teams to align strategy with execution

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a top-tier MBA program
• At least 4–5 years of pre-MBA experience in analytical roles such as healthcare finance, medtech commercialization, or product management
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of synthesizing complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for presenting to senior executives
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Preferred: Experience in cardiovascular devices, electrophysiology, or medical imaging
• Bonus: Background in strategic finance, AI applications in healthcare, or working with real-world clinical data

• Competitive base salary range of $60,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience and role level
