Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic development and enhancement of digital products aligning with business goals and client needs.
- Define product placement and integration within the digital ecosystem to maximize impact.
- Lead planning and execution of functional changes to improve user experience with competitive analysis.
- Develop and steer comprehensive product roadmaps based on market research and client feedback.
- Collaborate with associations and advocate for aligned strategic product initiatives.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams including development, marketing, sales enablement, and analytics.
- Coordinate with sales teams to refine features and align platform usage with sales strategies.
- Develop, prioritize, and track strategic business needs (JTBD) across multiple units.
- Assess and communicate strategic value of JTBD to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data teams for integration of relevant datasets and ensure data quality.
- Implement advanced strategies for multi-source data integration within platform capabilities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
