Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of product teams including workflow analysis and priority setting.
- Create and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Lead product execution from vision to delivery and iterative improvements.
- Coordinate project plans and activities across departments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and business functions to deliver new products.
- Consult with stakeholders to assess needs and system requirements.
- Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
- Collect and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback for actionable requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and project scope throughout delivery.
- Lead product development ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Evaluate technology use and recommend improvements including hardware and software upgrades.
Education
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field
