As a Project Manager, you will lead and execute strategic projects from conception to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. You will be responsible for driving progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports successful project delivery. Accountabilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and collaboration between departments.
• Track progress, address roadblocks, and adjust plans to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Manage procurement, budgeting, compliance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Conduct post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and apply continuous improvement strategies.
• Uphold organizational standards, quality metrics, and applicable regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
• 3–8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet).
• Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., logistics, healthcare, retail) is a bonus.
