Senior Technical Product Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the technical product strategy for a rapidly growing API and extensibility platform, bridging business objectives and technical execution. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams to define scalable, innovative solutions that address complex customer needs. The position requires translating technical and customer requirements into actionable plans, driving product initiatives from conception through launch and iteration. You will influence product vision, ensure high standards for performance and reliability, and mentor team members on best practices. Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the technical product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product plans and user stories.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, integrations, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Serve as the technical voice of the customer, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure product success, inform prioritization, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and cross-functional team members on technical product management best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring technical leadership, including integrations, platform migrations, and adoption of new frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or related technical roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or technical product management capacity.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, systems architecture, or engineering.
  • Proven track record delivering technically complex products or features in Agile environments.
  • Deep understanding of APIs, integration patterns, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading customer-facing solutioning sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Nice to Have: Advanced technical degree, SaaS platform experience, product management certifications, security best practices knowledge.
