Senior Solutions Engineer - West (Remote - US)

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving adoption of cutting-edge authentication solutions for some of the world’s largest organizations. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with enterprise clients to design, implement, and scale secure passwordless technologies that eliminate fraud and credential risks. You will lead proof-of-value engagements, provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, and ensure successful deployments that align with customer needs. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and technical expertise, as well as the ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and execute Proof-of-Value (POV) projects, showcasing product value and ensuring customer buy-in.
  • Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise on passwordless authentication and identity solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical designs aligned with business goals.
  • Manage risks and expectations during implementations to ensure customer success.
  • Support enterprise sales cycles by demonstrating technical credibility and guiding clients through complex integrations.
  • Stay current with emerging authentication technologies, protocols, and enterprise security standards.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical value clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), multi-factor authentication, and identity providers (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, etc.).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, SDKs, and enterprise architecture (load balancers, firewalls, SIEMs).
  • Proven track record supporting complex enterprise sales cycles as lead solutions engineer.
  • Preferred: knowledge of FIDO UAF/FIDO2, IAM standards, and global IT environments requiring flexible hours.
  • Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE): $220,000 – $250,000 USD, including base salary and performance-based incentives.
