Senior Manager, Fraud Business Management (US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of TD. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Fraud Business Management in New Jersey.

This senior leadership role is ideal for a proactive and experienced professional managing business support for a large fraud management department. You will lead a team responsible for delivering high-impact presentations and strategic insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders. The role involves driving business planning activities, risk remediation, and coordinating communication efforts across diverse teams. Operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with leadership to align goals, optimize performance, and ensure effective governance and reporting.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage a team providing business support and insights for fraud management operations.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audiences, including board meetings and risk committees.
  • Coordinate agendas, talking points, and follow-up actions for key leadership meetings.
  • Oversee risk remediation and issue tracking processes to mitigate operational risks.
  • Partner with fraud leadership to execute business planning, performance management, and forecasting activities.
  • Manage deadlines, goals, and reporting for the fraud management and forecasting teams.
  • Provide people management through hiring, staff development, performance evaluation, and team building.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership by identifying trends, operational efficiencies, and opportunities.
  • Undergraduate degree required; advanced technical or graduate degree preferred (e.g., math, finance, engineering, computer science).
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in fraud business management, risk, or related fields.
  • Strong experience in preparing and presenting complex information to executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong business partnering capabilities.
  • Proven expertise in risk mitigation, performance management, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with financial services, fraud operations, and regulatory environments preferred.
  • Competitive salary range from $122,304 to $183,456, commensurate with experience.
