Assistant Manager

The Pacific West Association of REALTORS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team within the real estate industry. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in daily operations and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and member meetings to enhance engagement.
  • Handle inquiries from members and provide timely resolutions to issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for association activities.
  • Support marketing initiatives and ensure promotional materials are up to date.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial support role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
