Help Desk Analyst (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

·         Respond to technical support requests via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely resolutions.

·         Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, including operating systems and applications.

·         Provide guidance and training to users on IT systems and software applications.

·         Document support interactions and solutions in the ticketing system for accuracy and knowledge sharing.

·         Escalate complex issues to senior staff or appropriate departments as necessary.

·         Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in support processes.

·         Stay current with product updates, system changes, and emerging technologies.

·         Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of support strategies and best practices.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·         Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.

·         Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and technology troubleshooting.

·         Proficient in resolving technical issues and providing user guidance.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical users.

·         Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

·         Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

·         Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

·         Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plus.
