Skills
- Hands-on experience with EDI integrations and tooling (3+ years).
- NetSuite administration or consulting experience in fast-growing companies (2+ years).
- Familiarity with iPaaS, APIs, Orderful, and 3PL integration patterns.
- Practical knowledge of NetSuite supply chain modules and workflows.
- Ability to document technical/functional designs and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and support EDI integrations (orders, fulfillment, invoices) and related supply chain integrations (Orderful, 3PL APIs, contract manufacturers).
- Configure and customize NetSuite: fields, forms, custom records, saved searches, and supply chain modules (demand/supply planning, control tower, work order/assembly).
- Implement and support integration patterns including iPaaS, API-based, and partner/point-to-point connections.
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and engineering teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and document integration/process flows.
- Troubleshoot production integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Support release changes and data migrations related to retail and supply chain processes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
