Senior UX Writer, Commerce
Skills
- 6+ years in UX Content Strategy, UX Writing, or Content Design
- Proven experience developing user journey and conversion-focused content
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and research teams
- Ability to propose and execute A/B tests and content experiments
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, growth environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Commerce product and design teams to create content that communicates value propositions and drives revenue
- Propose and prioritize A/B tests, content experiments, and strategic refinements to improve conversion
- Produce clear, timely content drafts and coordinate cross-functional reviews to deliver final assets to developers
- Develop, maintain, and socialize a web content style guide in partnership with design and copy leadership
- Align commerce content with brand tone by working closely with Copy Lead and Creative team
- Incorporate user research into content decisions and stay current with digital content strategy trends
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating commerce, web, and checkout writing and strategy
- Continuous learning mindset with experience applying user research to content
