Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager in United States.

This role is designed for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives across the full customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to long-term retention and expansion. You will design, execute, and optimize lifecycle programs that deepen user engagement, improve activation, and support growth initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product—you will translate customer insights into actionable campaigns, experiments, and content that drive measurable business outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer experience while supporting strategic growth goals and ensuring messaging consistency across channels.


Accountabilities:
  • • Develop and manage lifecycle marketing programs across email, in-app, and other communication channels, including onboarding, activation campaigns, newsletters, product updates, and advocacy outreach.
  • • Create expansion and upsell nurture flows aligned with customer goals, product usage, and engagement patterns.
  • • Collaborate with Customer Experience and Sales teams to improve engagement, retention, and expansion outcomes.
  • • Support strategic customer initiatives, such as advisory boards and event follow-ups.
  • • Partner with Demand Generation on funnel initiatives, contributing messaging, content, and experimentation strategies.
  • • Write and repurpose high-impact content—landing pages, emails, newsletters, blog posts, and case studies—that supports acquisition and retention efforts.
  • • Measure and analyze program performance, using insights to refine campaigns and identify new opportunities.
  • • Provide actionable insights on user behavior, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness to inform strategy.
  • Requirements:
  • • 4–6 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or full-funnel B2B marketing.
  • • Demonstrated success designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle programs that improve activation, retention, and expansion.
  • • Experience collaborating with Demand Generation teams without direct ownership of acquisition channels.
  • • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • • Analytical mindset, comfortable using data and experimentation to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
  • • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • • Strong curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a growth-oriented mindset.
