Marketing Talent Pool
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high-agency team building at the frontier of AI and mental health. We are creating an entirely new category and great marketing is core to making that category real.
This posting represents our Marketing Talent Pool. Over the coming months, we’ll be hiring across Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, Design, Social Storytelling, and Growth. We’re not looking for “orchestrators” who brief others, we’re looking for builders; people who write, design, prototype, analyze, ship, and shape the brand with their own hands.
If you’re a marketer who thrives in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments and you care about craft, taste, and storytelling, this is for you.
You may fit one specialty more than another, but you’ll share a common thread:
You create. You experiment. You build. You make ideas real.
About you:
Versatile Experience: You might have product marketing experience. Or brand. Or growth. Or design. Or content. But the common pattern is that you’re hands-on and multi-disciplinary.
A maker above all: You don’t wait for resources or a bigger team. You tinker. You prototype ideas in Replit or Cursor, sketch concepts in Figma, and turn rough ideas into something users can touch.
High agency & low ego: You’re energized by undefined roles, shifting needs, and problems no one has solved yet. You can move between writing a script, analyzing an experiment, or editing a design without hesitation.
A taste-driven storyteller: Whether it’s in-app copy, a launch email, a video script, or a social post, you care about voice and narrative. You understand that tone is product. You treat release notes like a brand moment.
User-obsessed: You think about the emotional journey. You want to understand what users feel, not just what they do. You restlessly chase the moments that drive adoption and trust.
Key responsibilities:
You won’t do everything below, you’ll specialize, but these are the types of responsibilities across the roles we’ll be hiring for.
Product marketing & storytelling
Craft category-defining narratives around AI and mental health.
Own user-facing communication: emails, in-product messaging, release notes and guides.
Drive feature launches from positioning to adoption.
Become another feedback loop: interviewing users, synthesizing insights and shaping product decisions.
Brand, design & creative
Shape the visual and verbal expression of the brand.
Create high-quality content: graphics, videos, landing pages, scripts and social assets.
Support both product design and marketing design needs.
Collaborate with founders to refine brand identity and creative direction.
Socials & content creation
Build a narrative around the company, product, and team.
Create studio-style content and become a recognizable voice for the brand.
Develop a social strategy that is personality-forward, experimental and high-craft.
Tell stories across channels in a way that feels human, not corporate.
Growth & user acquisition
Build growth loops that tie product features to acquisition.
Analyze funnels, run experiments, and identify levers for expansion.
Execute performance acquisition in a creative, resourceful way.
Think like a product builder, your ideas may become features, not just campaigns.
What we offer:
A chance to join a passionate tight-knit team working on something to change the world
Competitive compensation (we target 90th percentile)
Travel between our NYC / London offices
Usual startup perks like free lunch in our offices + generous learning budget
Generous budget to cover your personal therapy
