Enterprise Sales Director

This role is responsible for leading strategic enterprise sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and building strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders. You will manage complex sales cycles, identify high-value opportunities, and provide consultative solutions tailored to the needs of large healthcare organizations. Working closely with internal teams, you will influence product adoption, maximize account growth, and ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes. The position offers the chance to contribute directly to the transformation of healthcare operations while working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, analytically minded, and skilled at navigating enterprise-level negotiations and relationships.

Accountabilities

  • Drive enterprise sales growth by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, including CMOs, CMIOs, and CIOs.
  • Deliver consultative solutions that address client-specific challenges and articulate measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategies for large deals ($1M+) and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
  • Track customer information, forecasts, and sales metrics using CRM tools to maintain visibility and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including professional services, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Stay informed on product developments, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through new business and account expansion.
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in healthcare, selling into strategic or executive roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and quotas.
  • Expertise in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to define customer needs, qualify opportunities, and present tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent enterprise CRM tools for forecasting, reporting, and opportunity tracking.
  • Highly motivated, execution-focused, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and build executive-level relationships.
  • Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to dynamic environments and resource constraints.
  • Competitive base salary: $150K – $175K USD (excluding commission).
  • Commission potential: $150K – $175K USD.
